Attorney Chad Heimrich advises and defends clients in all areas of criminal law, especially commercial criminal law and criminal tax law. Focal points of his work include the defence of companies in fine proceedings and criminal law support of internal investigations.

In addition, Chad Heimrich defends clients in extradition proceedings, against Interpol, and in proceedings of the European Public Prosecutor’s Office.

After studying at Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität in Münster and Queen Mary University London, he completed his postgraduate legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court in Frankfurt on the Main, including training stations with a criminal judge and a criminal defence lawyer in Kassel. Subsequently, Chad Heimrich covered the areas of criminal law and rules of professional practice for attorneys, among others, in his capacity of Representative for European Affairs of the “Deutsche Anwaltverein” bar association (Brussels Office).
