Dr. Janis Krahl advises and defends clients in all areas of criminal law, in particular in commercial and tax criminal law. One focus of his work is the defense of companies in administrative fine proceedings and the criminal law support of internal investigations.

After completing his studies at the Philipps University of Marburg, he wrote a dissertation on the principle of legality and the constitutional theory of criminal offenses. During his legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main, he worked for the public prosecutor's office, a nationally renowned criminal defence lawyer and a law firm specializing in commercial and criminal tax law. Subsequently, he worked for a major international law firm in the field of white-collar criminal law and internal investigations.
