Attorney Nikoline Nebel advises and defends clients in all areas of criminal law, especially commercial criminal law and criminal tax law. Focus areas of her work include the defence of companies in fine proceedings and criminal law support in internal investigations.

Prior to joining Knauer&, she worked as an attorney in a law firm specialising in the defence of individuals against accusations under commercial criminal law, criminal tax law, and medical criminal law in Frankfurt on the Main. These activities and the successful completion of the theoretical part of the specialist lawyer examination in tax law have given Nikoline Nebel broad-based experience in advising and defending clients in criminal tax law matters.

After studying at Johann Wolfgang Goethe-Universität in Frankfurt on the Main and Ruprecht-Karls-Universität in Heidelberg, she completed her postgraduate legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court in Frankfurt on the Main, including training stations with the Darmstadt Public Prosecutor’s Office (“House of Juvenile Law”), and with law firms specialising in criminal law.
