Attorney Marie-Noëlle Ripken advises and defends clients in all areas of criminal law, especially commercial criminal law and criminal tax law. Focus areas of her work include the defence of companies in fine proceedings and criminal law support in internal investigations.

After her studies at Humboldt-Universität in Berlin, she completed her postgraduate legal clerkship in the district of the Berlin Appellate Court, including training stations with the Berlin Public Prosecutor’s Office, the Berlin-Tegel Prison, and with a Berlin-based criminal defence law firm of nation-wide renown. From 2019 until 2021, she worked as a research associate at a Berlin boutique law firm specialising in commercial criminal law and criminal tax law.
